The Diamond is Airush’s female specific kite for freeride performance.

We have teamed up with Airush to give away a crispy brand new kite & bar to one lucky lady in our community!

The Airush V5 Diamond kite and access bar are specifically designed for women to give you the best performance. This unique shape has light bar pressure with a short bar throw. Yep, you read that right SHORT BAR THROW….we hear so many of our ladies asking for this! Plus, riders can easily get the kite to the edge of the window in stronger conditions. 

The winner will be able to choose between a 7m or 9m kite!

So what do you need to do to win this kite?

1. Join our PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP.

2. Submit one Haiku about what makes you unique as a female kiter HERE

This Haiku should be:

5 syllables,

7 syllables,

5 syllables.

Get creative! You have until August 31st to submit your Haiku here. We are looking forward to all your funny, cool, touching, original submissions. 

Then from September 1st-6th we will open a voting contest. First, our Board of Directors will vote on the five best Haikus of all submissions. Then we’ll present the top five to our community. Our Facebook community will then vote on the best one. Voting closes at midnight EST on September 5th. 

The winner of A DIAMOND kite and bar will be announced on September 6th. We are beyond excited, we can’t wait to hear about the new adventures our winner will have.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions.

The WIN A DIAMOND giveaway runs from August 5th 2019 to August 31st 2019. Limit one entry per person.

Winner will be chosen by an open vote in our private Facebook community. The announced winner will be notified via our community on September 6th,  2019 and contacted via email.

There is no fee to enter. Only an email and haiku are required. You must agree to receive emails from Airush and the Women’s Kiteboading Collective. 

The Women’s Kiteboarding Collective has agreed to cover up to $200 in shipping. Above and beyond that the winner will be responsible for. Along with any customs, taxes, fees, etc…for the prize to enter your country. 

This contest is not affiliated with Facebook.

Additional details:

• No purchase necessary to enter the competition. Limit one entry per person.
• This competition is open internationally, aged 11 years or over. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to Airush Kiteboarding and Women’s kiteboarding Collective., as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• This giveaway will commence August 5th at 6am EST. All entries must be received by August 31st at midnight EST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
• Entrants may submit one Haiku and an email address is required. By entering the giveaway you agree to receive emails from the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective and Airush Kiteboarding.  
• The prize for the winner includes: 7m or 9m Diamond V5 and Access bar.
• The Haiku with the most votes will be the winner.
• The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified via our community and via email on 6th of September 2019. The winner must claim their prize by September 14th . If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Airush and the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective reserve the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
• By entering this giveaway each entrant confirms that her entry is their wholly-owned creation and, to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials, that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants will keep Airush and the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Airush and the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each entrant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalize the license. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit materials to us.
• Each entrant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and Airush and the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective.
• To obtain details of the winner please email info@womenskiteboarding.org stating the name of the giveaway in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
• Airush and the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the giveaway, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this giveaway, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Airush and the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
