Needless to say 2020 has been a challenging year for each and everyone of us. Through these challenging months our community has been an incredible source of positivity, support and good vibes. We thank you all for being part of this magic!
Women are naturally collaborative and mutually supportive, which is one of our super-powers! That’s why supporting each other in our kiteboarding passion continues to be very important. Focusing on our amazing sport helps with mental stress relief, social connectedness, and keeps us fit! What could be healthier than that?
We love supporting you, and we at the Women’s Kiteboarding Collective are overwhelmed by your outpouring of support for us! Your perpetual presence in the Facebook community is awe- inspiring and heartwarming. In fact, this community has proven its unquestionable strength and positive energy of our organization! As you may know, we’re a group of women kiters, all volunteers, giving our time to create a movement to empower women kiters around the world.
In that effort, we are moving forward together and are excited to announce our second year of “Because You Love Us” fundraising campaign. Our goal is to raise $2,500 USD.

Last year we raised money to successfully transfer our website to the new platform. Now it’s time for phase 2 of the project. We’re going to scour the Facebook group and bring the information that you all have generously shared over the years online in a user-friendly way with key search terms taking you to the info you need!
